The firm operates two design studios in Jacksonville & St. Augustine, Florida as the creative foundation for all projects directed by a talented and experienced team of architects, designers, and dreamers.

How do I get to the Abacos?
Two airports serve The Abacos: Marsh Harbour International Airport (MHH) and Treasure Cay International Airport (TCB). Frequent domestic and international service is available. Chartered air can be arranged through any certified carrier. Sea service is also available through ferries and mailboats.
Would we require a tourist visa and passport to visit the Abacos?
U.S. citizens do not need visas for tourist travel to the Bahamas, provided that their stay is less than 90 days. The Bahamas requires tourists entering from the U.S. by air, including infants, must carry a valid passport.
Can a non-resident buy property in the Abacos?
There are no restrictions on foreigners buying property. Since the International Persons Landholding Act took effect in January 1994, it has been much easier for foreigners to purchase property in the Bahamas.
